An Australian court has rejected the Israel’s ‘IHRA definition‘ of antisemitism as “verbose and imprecise” and “detached from reality”. The New South Wales Supreme Court ruling aligns with the findings of legal experts — and even the creator of the ‘definition’. Judge Desmond Fagan rejected the state government’s attempt to impose a terrorism supervision order on a Sydney man for vandalism.
