Robert Jenrick joins the list of Reform MPs who took money from convicted fraudsters
The Metropolitan Police has now launched a formal investigation into potential wrongdoing followingΒ an Electoral Commission investigation into reports that a Β£37.5k donation to Robert Jenrick’s Tory leadership campaign had originated overseas β Reform UK isn’t alone. The most troubling detail is that funds said to have been donated by Spott Fitness businessman Phillip Ullmann actually contained a Β£37.5k sum donated by a US company Innovyz. The company’s founder is Gary Klopfenstein, a convicted fraudster in the US who pleaded guilty in 2024 for wire fraud.
