Seven Palestine Action protesters who have been charged with damaging Donald Trump’s Turnberry golf course face being sentenced as terrorists even though they have not been charged with any terror offences. The first hearing in the case will take place on Monday 31 August in the High Court in Glasgow. The protest by Palestine Action took place on 8 March 2025, before the group was proscribed.
