Cranswick subsidiary and farm manager summoned to court following Animal Justice Project investigation

Animal Justice Project has announced that Elsham Linc Limited, a subsidiary of Cranswick Country Foods Plc, and North Moor Farm Manager Andy Pentecost have been summonsed to appear before Nottingham Justice Centre on 26 August 2026. This follows the organisation’s undercover investigation at North Moor Farm in Lincolnshire. Indigenous people in Kenya reject attempts to re-start troubled carbon credit project

A carbon credit project which Meta and Netflix have used stands accused of coercion of Indigenous people. Indigenous people in Northern Kenya have accused the controversial conservation organisation Northern Rangelands Trust of “tricks and dishonest dealings”. And they’ve denounced its attempt to revive its notorious and twice-suspended Northern Kenya Grassland Carbon Project.
