Reform’s Wales representatives in the Senedd are showing themselves up in multiple serious discussions. Supposedly the formal opposition in the nation’s devolved parliament, Reform look increasingly foolish. The Members of the Senedd (MSs) are on record making various bloopers, not taking subjects seriously, and generally cocking-up. Not worth the £80,000 salary they’re plumped with. Reform ‘having a mare’ Cardiff-based Welsh journalist Will Hayward caught one Reform MS sorely lacking when he was entirely unprepared to ask a follow-up question, or ‘supplementary,’ on the Senedd floor. Reform suffers self-inflicted Senedd defeat over childcare

Remarkable things have been occurring in the Senedd — as highlighted by independent journalist Will Hayward, 11 Welsh Reform ministers apparently voted to back an amendment criticising their own party. The original motion under debate was proposed by Dan Thomas, the leader of Reform’s Senedd branch. It called on the Welsh government: to publish the full costings and timetable for the introduction of their childcare offer within their first 100 days in government. Senedd candidate in Nazi salute photo row now Reform special adviser

Reform Senedd candidate Corey Edwards, who stepped down from the election after a photo emerged of him doing a Nazi salute, is now, apparently, the special adviser for the far-right party’s Welsh leader. Mere hours after Reform announced him as a candidate for Bridgend and Vale of Glamorgan, a photo of Edwards performing a Nazi salute (complete with a finger in place of a Hitler-style moustache) came to light.
