Senior Reform UK politicans have been speculating about what happened to Ann Widdecombe despite her family asking them not to. On 10 July, Widdecombe was found dead in her home. With Widdecombe being a former politician, people predictably theorised about what happened. Now, adding insult to injury, a Reform-linked journalist has told Widdecombe’s family to stop complaining. And here we have it. The final line crossed. Allison literally telling Ann Widdecombe’s family what they should want in the wake of her death. https://t.co/C86EEdRhN5 — (((Dan Hodges))) (@DPJHodges) July 12, 2026 Widdecombe speculation snowballs The Canary’s Joe Glenton reported the following of…

The so-called ‘Committee to Protect Journalists’ (CPJ) has betrayed Palestinian journalists. The CPJ has re-defined its criteria for who is a journalist to exclude the hundreds of Palestinian journalists Israel has murdered – often along with their families. Israel has killed more reporters in Gaza than died in the First and Second World Wars and all the wars since thenΒ combined. The CPJ had already scrapped its ‘Global Impunity Database’ when Israel was going to be announced as the biggest threat to the freedom of the press. It then announced a ‘review’ of its database of Palestinian media personnel murdered in Gaza.…

Mirror journalist asks why violence committed by white men never seems to matter

Islamophobia β€” On Good Morning Britain (GMB), journalist Kevin Maguire confronted the fact that violence committed by white males never seems to see the same discriminatory attacks against them as a group. In contrast, when any attack is perpetrated by a Black or Brown man, condemnation is made against entire communities. As a result, we have seen a growing number of racist white riots, whether that be in Southampton after the trial of Nowak’s killer or the thugs terrorising local residents in Belfast right now. With Farage stating Southampton was “just the beginning”, supporting far-right efforts to bring more violence to…

Italian journalist Gabriele Nunziati is suing his former employer Agenzia Nova. Nunziati was sacked by the news agency in 2025 after asking a European Commission (EC) spokesman whether Israel should pay to rebuild Gaza, just as the EC insists Russia should rebuild Ukraine.
