UK politicians and ‘mainstream’ media are ignoring yet another Islamophobic attack at a UK mosque. In the latest in a string of attacks treated with indifference by the establishment, an elderly man was assaulted and subjected to racist abuse outside Noor Ul Islam Mosque in the Leyton area of London. The victim was hospitalised by the attack. An intervention by other mosque-goers prevented the attack escalating further.
